This website is run by Latham Enterprise Ltd (company number 13823114, registered in England & Wales), based in Suffolk. This page explains what information we collect when you use it and what we do with it.
If you fill in one of the forms on this site we receive the details you type in: your name, business or brand name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. That's all. The site has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no advertising.
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to trade with us, to set up and manage that relationship. We don't sell it or pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Form messages are delivered by Web3Forms and arrive in our Google Workspace email. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy covering how they process data on our behalf.
Enquiries we don't take further are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to trade customers and suppliers are kept for as long as we trade together and then for six years, as required for UK tax and company records.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't have a legal reason to keep it. Email Ricky@lathamenterpriseltd.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
